The project was constructed in two major phases.

  • Phase One, which was completed in 1989, is a three-story facility totaling 278,578 rentable square feet.
  • Phase Two, which was completed in 1992 and 2006, is a six-level facility totaling 496,764 rentable square feet.
  • The total gross building area is approximately 1.3 million square feet.
  • Our large floor plates range in size up to approximately 160,000 SF.  Tenant suites range between 300 RSF to 120,000 RSF.
